Instructions

Ingredients

  • 1 Pie Crust (store bought is great)
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • ¾ cup Baked Ham (see recipe here)
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, finely grated
  • ¾ cup Cheddar Cheese, roughly grated or chopped
  • 1 handful Baby Spinach
  • 1 ½ cup Heavy Cream
  • 4 Eggs
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp Original Honeycup Mustard
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • Fresh Cracked Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Saute the onion in a little butter in a pan until translucent, set aside
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line your crust with parchment, add baking weights or dried beans to weight down the paper. Blind bake your pie crust for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove pie weights, prick crust with a fork all over. Bake for another 10 minutes.
  4. Remove your pie crust and reduce heat to 375°F.
  5. In a bowl whisk together eggs, cream, nutmeg, Honeycup Mustard, salt, pepper and grated parmesan.
  6. Evenly distribute the chopped ham, cooked onion, spinach and cheddar over the baked pie crust.
  7. Pour the egg mixture over the top. Cook for 25-30 minutes until a nice golden brown crust forms and the egg mixture is cooked through.
  8. Allow to cool for 20-30 minutes before serving.
